Claims outside of the allowable timeframe. Claims that are marked as "Delivered" in tracking status must be filed no earlier than 5 or no later than 15 days from the day the package was
"Delivered." Packages not marked as "Delivered" are considered lost. Claims for these packages must be filed no earlier than 7 and no later than 30 days for domestic shipments
(1-3 days for international) from the last update in the tracking status. All claims must be files within 60 days of the order date.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Beauterfly due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend package.
Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently offer international shipping for the following countries- Ireland, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Canada. Please note that shipping may take up to 1-3 days.
Please note we are not responsible for custom fees & custom duties. If you refuse to pay custom fee & custom duties. Your package will be sent back. We will only
refund you for the product cost only, no shipping fees will be covered.
