Beauterfly SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, custom fees, custom duties countries may apply, damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Beauterfly is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen and Route Shipping Insurance was purchased please file a claim with Route here.
ROUTE CLAIM TIME FRAME
Claims outside of the allowable timeframe. Claims that are marked as "Delivered" in tracking status must be filed no earlier than 5 or no later than 15 days from the day the package was "Delivered." Packages not marked as "Delivered" are considered lost. Claims for these packages must be filed no earlier than 7 and no later than 30 days for domestic shipments (20-30 days for international) from the last update in the tracking status. All claims must be files within 60 days of the order date.
If a package is returned to Beauterfly due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend package.
Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.
We currently offer international shipping for the following countries- Ireland, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Canada. Please note that shipping may take up to 25-30 days.

Please note we are not responsible for custom fees & custom duties. If you refuse to pay custom fee & custom duties. Your package will be sent back. We will only refund you for the product cost only, no shipping fees will be covered.

1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Beauterfly will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Beauterfly) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
2 Warranty Returns
Beauterfly will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Beauterfly to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Thank you for shopping at Beauterfly ! We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Customers of Beauterfly . , and/or www.beauterfly.com (the “Site”) may obtain a refund with a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders (Used items cannot be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances). or exchange of their product(s) if the return is made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date when the product was purchased by the Customer from the Company and/or the Site, and in accordance with the Policies below.

In order for the item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition in which it was received from the Company or the Store. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Please note once an order is placed we can not modify the order, only cancel and issue a store credit.
The following types of goods may not be returned:
- Gift cards
In order to complete your return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. Also include your order ID, phone number, email address and shipping address if different from the original order. Upon receipt of returned items, Beauterfly will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you (including a 15% restocking for the items exchanged and new shipping costs).
Refunds will not be given for any items that are:
- Not returned in their original condition;
- Not purchased from the Company and/or Site;
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Company error, or
- Returned more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, processed, and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item, at which point we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved and processed, within fourteen (14) business days, you will receive credit for your purchase in one of the following ways:
- Store Credit
- Electronic Gift Card
Please note, when a product is out of stock we will issue an electronic gift card for total amount of product paid for.

Only the cost of regular priced items will be credited. Sale items are final sale.
